Easy Returns and Exchanges

At Snout Station, we want you and your furry friends to be completely happy with your purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process, subject to the following conditions below.

RETURNS


Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Condition:

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition. This means:

  • The product must be free from any signs of use, wear, or damage.
  • The product must be clean and free from dirt, pet hair, or other contaminants.
  • All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact and included with the return.


Non-Returnable Items: 

Certain items may not be eligible for return, such as: Final Sales

  

Return Process:

    1.  Contact Us: Before initiating a return, please contact our customer support team at info@snoutstation.com to request a return authorization.

    2. Return Instructions: We will provide you with specific return instructions, including the return shipping address.

    3. Shipping:  You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

    4.  Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.

    5.  Refund: If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within  7 to 10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.


EXCHANGES


  • Eligibility: We gladly accept exchanges for items that need a different size, subject to availability.
  • Condition: Items must meet the same condition requirements as returns (unused, undamaged, clean, with original packaging).


Exchange Process:

    1.  Contact Us: Before initiating an exchange, please contact our customer support team at info@snoutstation.com  to confirm the availability of the desired size.

    2.  Exchange Instructions: We will provide you with specific exchange instructions, including the shipping address.

    3.  Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs of the original item. We will cover the shipping costs of the exchanged item back to you.

    4.  Inspection: Upon receiving your original item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.

    5.  Exchange Shipment: Once your original item is approved, we will ship the exchanged item to you.


**Important Notes**


  • Pre-Authorization: Please do not send any items back without contacting us first and receiving a return authorization.
  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 7 to 10 business days for us to process your return or exchange once we receive the item.
  • Policy Updates: We reserve the right to update this return and exchange policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
